Brandee, the lady that bought Ribbon's orphaned 3 month old foal is now taking him to police training clinics and shared the video below.
I am so impressed, this boy is crossing fire going through smoke and did amazing. We still miss Ribbon. Especially in winter when there is snow on the ground. She would give us the best sleigh rides.
She had an amazing canter and that is really saying something for such a big drafty Percheron mare.
Ribbon died on the operating room table where she had gone to have a supposed minor surgery to remove a tumor from her nasal cavity. Titan was only 3 months old at the time. We were devastated with her loss and for her orphaned colt. Brandee took him and just look at how wonderful he is doing for her!
