Working With Blueberry

Mark and I picked up Nancy for church today so Diane and Mike picked up Braelyn. Joan and Kathy were serving lunch and Molly and Gabe are on the work team in Tennessee with the Bible Class. Gregg Rumbold had the morning message click HERE to watch that and Caleb Plattner had the afternoon message click HERE to watch that. After church the potatoes were scrubbed, wrapped in aluminum foil and put in the oven to cook. About that time Rebekah arrived so Braelyn and I went up to get Missy and Cookie saddled. Berlica came over on the 4 wheeler needing to take the hoof clippers to Mike as Sally needed her hooves trimmed. As long as he was trimming Sally's I asked him to trim Cookie's too. For this trail ride Rhonda brought Dafna over to ride Cookie, Braelyn rode Missy, Berlica was to ride Mika, Rebekah was back on Blueberry and Mike rode Sally.

Below they are getting ready to head out.

The ride went well. Missy and Cookie were put away so the other 3 could work in the arena. After the arena work, Blueberry was put in with Titus and Jewel brought out for the second ride but we didn't stay for that. The video below is posted of the trail ride and also Rebekah working with Blueberry in the outdoor arena.
Braelyn and I went over to start on the barn. I was sure there was a mountain of towels to wash as we had a baseball team staying here for 3 days and 3 nights. This is what we saw when we walked in.
They had cleaned up everything, washed, dried and folded all the towels. The only laundry I needed to do was the king size bed in the master bedroom. The guest was sent a thank you note through airbnb. We have never had anyone do that before and it was a wonderful surprise. I went back to the house to work on supper. Mark brought the pork chops to the barn to grill and as soon as the potatoes were cooked they were also brought to the barn along with the other food for tonight. We just had 12 for dinner but David and Stephanie stopped in on their way home from St. Louis after supper.  The younger kids were playing in the gym and the toy area.

Isreal was out swimming with Rebekah and Brian's children. Joan had Nancy out fishing on the paddle boat.
Everytime Nancy pulled in a fish she wanted to show Spark.
She was so excited about fishing.
I went over to take her to the barn at 7:00 pm but she was still out fishing. Finally around 7:30 pm she was ready to go home. It was another blessed Sunday and I am thankful.
