Delivery Available

Diane came dressed for winter for the walk this morning, while Ruth came in shorts. Diane is use to Gulf Shores warmth. We had a good walk with so much laughter. Mark needed to take the trencher back this morning using my truck and his trailer. The first job of the morning was to drive down to the Peoria post office to pick up the Berean mail and since Sam's Club is right on the way picked up a pecan pie from there then dropped the mail and the pie off at the Berean office. Chip has been very busy, all the corn that was surrounding the Berean office has now been picked. The combine was sitting idle across the road from the office.

Just lots of finished fields for acres.
Traffic was awful on the way home on 474 and about a half a mile from the exit came to a dead stop. Thankfully for only about 5 minutes. Mark had the truck back and up by the horse trailer when I finally reached home around 10:15 am.  The horse trailer was hooked up and Indy loaded and then it came time to be REALLY patient. Her colt was not sure about getting into the trailer and ran around the trailer 3 or 4 times before finally checking out the door.
They were taken out to Middle Grove. We decided to just wait to breed Indy until her colt is weaned then Indy can come spend the winter with Evan. No horses were in sight when we got to Middle Grove.
They unloaded and checked  out the grass before heading up the hill to find the herd.
Indy neighed a few time and soon a mare in the herd answered and then a few came running up to greet her.
After squealing they all took off going back down the other side of the hill and out of sight.
Below is a video of loading the colt then them running up the hill to find the herd.
Once home the next job on my list was to call Zane's and arrange to drop the Prius off Tuesday night to get the head light fixed on Wednesday and next week they will look at the truck. It is louder when it is started then it used to be. Hopefully it isn't a big fix. At 3:30 pm we met with the insulator for the new barn. He is going to draw up a contract and hopefully we can get a start on that soon. Mark got home just in time to meet with him so I walked over to mom's and played a couple games of Carbols with Karin, Rachel and Joan. Supper tonight was left overs but they were delicious.
There is a need for camping trailers in Florida from the devastation Ian caused. We had just been considering selling the Wolf Pup and the Keystone so those were posted for sale on Facebook AND I will be willing to DELIVER either or both of them for the price of fuel.
We bought the 2018 Wolf Pup 16 BH new and have stored it inside every winter.
This family friendly trailer sleeps 5, has USB ports by each bunk, a large kitchen with a nice sink, a two burner propane stove, microwave, ample counter space and a refrigerator with a freezing compartment. There is storage throughout the trailer with a large exterior pack and play door to access storage under the bottom bunk. The power awning is a very nice feature. The dry weight is just 3097 pounds, the trailer is 21 feet long and 11 feet high.

The Wolf Pup is for sale for $15,000.00
The Keystone is a 2011 model Summerland by Springdale
We bought this trailer from the original owner and have stored it inside the barns each winter. We replaced all of the tires, even the spare, in 2021. This trailer sleeps 6 with a twin bunk above a full bed, the dinette folds down to make a full bed and the jack knife sofa makes a twin bed. This family friendly trailer has abundant storage throughout. It has a power awning, a large kitchen with a nice big double sink a 3 burner stove with an oven, a brand new microwave, a large 6 cubic ft fridge with a large separate freezer, a large bathroom with tub, shower and sink. It also has an outdoor hot and cold outdoor shower and 2 large propane tanks. All of the appliances work.

The Keystone is for sale for $12,000.00 and I will be glad to deliver it for the price of fuel.
