Zion's Birthday

Zion woke up a little grumpy until she remembered today is her birthday AND we could go play on the beach. Mom, Aunt Jinnie, Amy and I went over to the next condo building over from Taunya's to check out one that is for sale. We just happened to all dress alike, that is all except Joan, she didn't get the memo.

The condo was nice and roomy but didn't have a hot tub. Mom decided to pass on that one. Amy and I headed out to the beach where the others were already all settled in. Abe and Zion were busy playing on the edge of the water.
Sarah took them out swimming when it warmed up. They had so much fun in the waves.

We stayed out there most of the day building sand castles, digging holes and saw a helicopter go right over our heads, a couple boats go by and more dolphins fishing.

Joan spent most of the day fishing and ended up with over 20 nice mullet and whiting.
Even Berlica pulled in fish, two at a time.
At 6:00 pm we walked to Bahama Bob's for dinner and were joined by everyone in mom's condo too.
WE had outside seating and everyone out there sang happy birthday to Zion. The man at the end of the table came over to show us pictures of damages from the hurricane to his place.
He and his wife, pictured below surprised us after our meal with ice cream for everyone.
After dinner we walked back to the condo and celebrated Zion's birthday.

If you would like to see the rest of the pictures from today click HERE. We played games at the party and now it is past time for bed. We are all exhausted from our long day in the sun.
