Diane and Beth left early for Gulf Shores but Barbara and Janet took their places and joined us on the walk. At 10:30 am I drove them to the airport. Janet is flying home to New Jersy while Barbara flew home to Ohio. We so much enjoyed their visit and were glad that the hurricane made them leave Gulf Shores early so we could have them here for a few days. We don't see these cousins enough. Aunt Jinnie is staying for another week. The weather changed from our beautiful warm sunny weekend to a cold rain this morning but by afternoon the sun came out and made the cold bearable. David and Stephanie brought back the motorhome from their trip to Lake Shelbyville and reported they loved camping in it with Israel and Elisabet. Anna came to clean the apartment. She has been busy with that, She had to clean it after the family left on the 4th, then again after the couple on the 11th and then we had a family come in for Sunday that left this morning. This was a family from Chicago and they wrote a very nice review: “Judith’s place is very clean and comfortable. My kids loved the horses and the playground. Judith welcomes us with fresh delicious cookies. We had a very relaxing stay.” with this private note: “Thank you Judy for a very relaxing time. My kids loved ❤️❤️❤️ the horses. It was a beautiful cabin. It was very clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay.” Ben and Taunya are using the motorhome next weekend so I drove the motor home down to Suburban Gas company to fill the propane as we used the generator most of Friday and Saturday and I didn't know how to check the level. Now I know! The guy filling it kind of laughed it only needed 2.2 pounds. Now I know the generator uses GAS to run not propane. The transport company called to let me know the semi truck coming to pick up Joshua will be here tomorrow. It will be one of these trucks coming. They are such big rigs that I will be hauling Joshua to the water tower to meet them. Not sure either of these trucks can make it up the drive.
Berean has been called off so that shouldn't be a problem and Joshua loads nicely. I'll have to get the truck hooked up to the 2 horse trailer in the morning. We are saying a lot of good-by's lately.
