If interested in staying at the Horsemeister farm we have a 5 options. The first is our foaling apartment. This rents for $115.00 a night with a $50.00 one time cleaning fee. It sleeps 4 comfortably but you are welcome to bring airbeds for 2 or 3 more. It is 900 square feet and behind the apartment is the stall barn which is used for foaling. Above is the foaling apartment from the outside and below is the master bedroom. The bed is queen size, there is a smart TV up on the wall.
There is a full size washer and dryer behind the door in the bathroom.The bathroom is set up for a handicapped person with a walk in shower, a seat in the shower, a tall toilet and plenty of grab bars.
There is a smart TV in the second bedroom which does not actually have a bed.
There is a comfortable sectional couch. Two children can easily sleep on that but there is also room for a queen size airbed if needed.
The kitchen table has seating for 4 but there are extra stools in the closet if needed. There is a dishwasher, stove, microwave, oven and a large fridge.

NUMBER 2
The SECOND option is to stay in the Jayco 5th wheel with 2 slides located behind the indoor arena. This has great views. It works well for a couple but can sleep 2 children as the dinette makes a full size bed and the couch is a hideabed. I do not recommend an adult sleeping on the hideabed, it was not comfortable but a child would easily be able to sleep on the couch and that is comfortable. The 5th wheel rents for $64.00 a night with a $10.00 one time cleaning fee and is only open spring, summer and fall. We winterize it the middle of October until it warms up in the spring usually the middle of April. Below are pictures of the Jayco 5th wheel.
There is a smart TV in the living area, the kitchen has a large fridge, 3 burner stove, oven, microwave and a nice double sink. Below is looking at the bedroom, the shower and sink across from the shower is the door to the toilet with it superduper fan.

The THIRD option is the the Wildcat 5th wheel with three slides located at the new barn. This 5th wheel has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a nice living area, sleeps 9 according to the maker Forest River but that is putting 2 children in the dinette, 2 children on the hideabed in the living area, 2 children in the hideabed in the bunk room, 1 child in the upper bunk and 2 adults in the master bedroom. This 5th wheel rents for $80.00 a night with a $20.00 cleaning fee.
According to the maker this sleeps 9 but realistically and comfortably 7

NUMBER 4
The 4th option is the new 'BARN' 
This is an 11520 square foot barndominuim complete with a gymnasium, game room and living area with a full kitchen, laundry facility, bedroom, and 3 bathrooms. This 'BARN' is used for events and can be a really fun place to host birthday parties, graduation parties, Christmas parties, wedding showers, baby showers and even weddings. There is plenty of parking, seating and table space for 170 people. This rents for $100 an hour with a 2 hour minimum or by the day on airbnb for $500.00 a day. The Cowboy Cabin
