Camping With Horses

I was up at 4:00 am in order to get the breakfast cooked and out to the campsite at Jubilee. Mark came with me, ate breakfast with the group then took Ben and Abe home with him. Ben and Philip borrowed Mark's trailer and my old truck to pick up a couple lawn mowers for their houses. Meanwhile we were having a great time at Jubilee. Below are our 3 sleeping places.

As soon as we arrived Mark helped put new hay in the hay bags then went to work cleaning up any manure.  The kids started climbing out of their campers around 7:15 am and they were glad to help with the work. Breakfast went well and as soon as breakfast was over the first ride of the day left. When they got back even Iris got to ride.
IF you would like to see the rest of the pictures from our camping trip today click HERE. When the last trail ride left, Anna, Tauyna and I packed up everything and drove the motor home and camper home while Rhoda took Addyson, Braelyn, Taegan and Kensley on the long ride of the day. They packed a lunch and rode to Lover's leap. Rhoda sent back a few Marco's of them crossing creeks and a couple pictures which can be shared here.

Mark got the two stallion paddocks cleaned and limed this afternoon.  I took pictures of the motor home and posted it for sale on Facebook market place. A couple people responded with one wanting to come see it this week. Joan invited all of us that live out here for dinner tonight. She served stuffed peppers, noodles, grilled zucchini and salad. Diane brought over a vegetable dish and I brought the dessert. Spark and Rhonda walked over. Ruth joined us but Fedi didn't make it. Mom, Aunt Jinnie, her two daughters Barbara and Janet came too. We had a full table with Joan's 5 eating their meals at the counter. After dinner we went downstairs and visited long into the evening with our cousins. We just don't see them enough. It was another good day.
