Another One

The time change this morning made it easy to get up in plenty of time to have the crock pots cooking the pot roast, carrots, potatoes and onions. We had a very good day in church. Tim Roecker had the morning message and Craig Stickling had the afternoon. After church Phil and Anna had the girls helping put together light fixtures while Phil hung them. They had about 75% of them hung by the time dinner was served. Sarah and Nolan arrived a little early so Sarah could give Nolan a hair cut. The girls were all curious and watched as the hair fell.

When Phil and Anna came in we all sat down for supper. We had 3 families that could not make the dinner tonight so all the girls got to eat at the adult table.

Phil and Anna's girls were telling us about their Florida vacation.
We had to leave at 5:30 so we could make hymn sing at the fellowship hall by 6:00 pm. I think the others went to the playground for volleyball. It was a nice evening, clear and cool. There was almost a full moon tonight. When we arrived a bunch of the kids were playing loudly while the supper was cleaned up.
We started with congregational singing, then came the kids. The kids singing was so funny we were all laughing. Kayla's boy was a hit! David played the piano for the next part and we finished up with congregational singing. Hymn sing was really nice and I was really glad we went. It really was another blessed Sunday.
