We had a wonderful Thanksgiving day starting with church. Gregg Rumbold had the message and had us all chuckling at his beginning. Most of us could sympathize with is dilemma. IF you would like to click HERE. Right after church the ovens were turned on and the final cooking happened and then came the meal.
The food was fantastic and we feasted! How could we not be thankful for such abundance and not just the food there was also an abundance of family. Nancy loved helping, below she is taking a pumpkin pie over to the pie table.
Mom had a wound on her hand from a skin tear. Sarah and Hannah cleaned it and dressed it perfectly.
The games played were basket ball, volley ball and of course ping pong.
The gym was well used but not by me, I was too busy enjoying the food and fellowship in the apartment area. We should have set up another table. I had seating for 60 but ended up with 67 or 68, not sure the exact number. The overflow sat on the couch so all was well. WE all enjoyed the day. We really are thankful for the ONE that provided, the ONE that created and HIS wonderful plan of salvation
