Lily's Filly Gets to GO

 Today was shopping day, that is grocery shopping day, I've put it off for a couple weeks and ended up spending $140.00 at ALDI. Yep inflation has hit.  When I got home Anna, Gertie and the girls were at the lake for their first day of vacation. Their last day of school was yesterday. They were going to sleep in but all were up by 6:30 am. We had a nice day here for this first vacation day. We bought lunch at the Warehouse and brought it back here to eat. Mark came in while we were enjoying our dessert to say there were horses in mom's yard. I knew exactly what had happened and wasn't concerned. The only thing needing to be done was to grab the golf cart, pick up a bucket and head over to put them away only the girls had the golf cart and Karin told them to go after the horses and put a lead rope on them. Well Jury saw that golf cart coming lickety-split and took off running down the road to the field, then into the neighbors not yet planted corn field. By the time I walked there they had gotten the message to NOT CHASE them. Lola came to me then I took her over to Soul and put a lead on her and off we went for home with Jury and her colt following behind.  They are now locked off that field but that was going to happen anyway as EB Builders will be arriving on Monday to start installing the perma-columns. These 6 were the escapees. 

After the horses were put away Karin took a big group out trail riding. She had 8 riders and 8 horses went out but one horse had to ride double and one horse didn't carry a rider at all. 

Lily was needed for this trail ride so Lily's filly got to go on her very first trail. Check out the video below she did awesome on the creek crossings and stayed right with mom on the hills and the canter loop.

After supper it was time to work on the blog only a danger warning came up that the blog was unsafe. So did the Berean blog then ALL of the blogspots. I think that has been hacked. I spent some time trying to get the warning off but will probably need Philp or Ben's help. At least google is willing to take off the warning if I can prove it is safe.
