Canter Vaulting
Below are the pictures from the canter practice with Ribbon. Bethany and Hannah Reinhard are helping Karin make a canter horse out of Ribbon. Karin started with Bethany, then worked with Hannah and finished up with the 2 girls working together.
Pictures of Hannah are next:
The rest of the pictures are of the 2 girls working together:
Don't forget Karin is holding a vaulting camp on Saturday July 28th, 2012 from 10:00am to 2:00pm. Cost is $40.00 and parents are encouraged to stay and watch. This camp fills up each year, if interested email Karin at meister.karin@gmail.com or give her a call: 309-857-1105.
Fourteen round bales were dropped off from Middle Grove and put away. We are still waiting on 1 more load today, then 3 more loads tomorrow. Hope we have room for all of them, this is very good hay and we don't want it sitting outside.
Karin worked Lilypony and Hadassah today with the best response from Lilypony. She will be hauled out to Middle Grove on Wednesday along with Larry, Paris and Ciera. There we will get Lilypony going under saddle, ponying her on trails first, then throwing a Reinhard girl on her if she does well. Hadassah won't be going out until Monday afternoon. Karin wants to put more ground work on her before taking her out with the herd.
