Demolition

Work went quickly this morning, Between Mark and I the horses were fed, the popcorn was removed and placed in the back of the car for disposal, the feed room was cleaned out and rat poison was placed in each room of the office, the feed stall, hay stall and aisle way all in about a half hour. We were soon on our way home. Unfortunately we didn't have the same luck at home. The truck won't start even with it's new battery. Tomorrow we will need to take a trip to the farm and pick up the horsemeister truck. Mark worked on destroying the basement playroom floor. The old wood needs to be hauled up the stairs and placed in the burn pile. There is SO much wood, it's going to take hundreds of trips up those stairs to get it all out.
Laura was out working on the paddock here at Bridlewood when I went out to water the horses. She saw some of the electric fence was down and without even thinking about it just got the tools needed and fixed it. What a great asset she is to this place.
We started getting phone calls that the some of the thermostats at church are not working with the online program. Mark ended up driving to church to work on them and found out it is not the thermostats but the actual units. He had to call in a repair man.
A chicken was baked for dinner which was served along with asparagus, wild rice, bran muffins from mom and a pear for dessert.
