She Signed on the Dotted Line

We made both our meetings, the first with the Bloomington landlord and then our dinner. There are 4 girls going to be living in the 3 bedroom apartment. What shocked us was the rent is $1200.00 a month plus utilities. There must be a student housing shortage in Bloomington Normal to command such prices.
Our dinner tonight was bbq ribs or chicken but both Mark and I chose the ribs. They were actually delicious, haven't had ribs in a long time. Dessert was a luscious chocolate cream pie with 3 layers of mouth watering taste-bud teasing flavors.
Farm news today was neither Izadora or Sandy were interested in Raven. I'm not sure what is going on with those mares, yesterday Izadora was showing signs and today nothing. Steven teased them both twice. He also got the middle paddock cleaned out today. Jenis is still lame on her left front leg. We cleaned out her hoof and didn't see any thing and don't feel any heat on her tendon. I may call schedule a vet appointment if it isn't improved tomorrow, she is just too valuable.
Both dogs got baths tonight, Rhoda is having company tomorrow and decided both dogs need to be clean and sweet smelling.
