Weekends are so looked forward to. There is no reason to hurry out to the farm, on Saturdays there is no walk. We do need to go but can take our time. When we were getting ready for the Hanna City parade we were thinking of taking the popcorn machine so all the supplies to make popcorn were loaded into the truck, then when we found out we were not allowed to sell it, the popcorn was loaded into the office and promptly forgotten about. This is not a good thing, a 50 pound bag of popcorn in an unfinished office = many mice. We have got to get that bag out, throw it away and do a major clean up before putting out the poison. I don't really like to use poison but at this point the poison is about our only option. Rachel Sauder has offered cats but I don't want cats inside and the coyotes eat them if they are outside. Besides, the mice all seem to be INSIDE.
Mice are just so cute, too bad they are SO destructive!
It is cold again around 10 when we woke up but has climbed to a high so far of 14 degrees.
