Blast From the Past

We had such a heavy dew this morning that the spider webs really stood out. We stopped a couple times during our walk to admire the webs.

After the walk it was time to get busy on emptying the tanks on both 5th wheels.  I was in making the  beds in the Jayco while Mark was dumping the tank into his portable, then used the tractor to take the portable over to the dump station by the new barn next to the Wildcat 5th wheel.
Once the inside was finished I went to work on the electric water heater on the Jayco. We had to use the propane water heater with our last guest as they told us the electric water heater wasn't working. I found the problem and fixed it.  Then took the empty propane tank out. Mark was going into town so that was put in his car.  When he came back from dumping the portable tank we moved the picnic table away from the barn so Mark could get the weed whacking done.
My next job was to empty the tanks on the Wildcat. That one is much easier as we just need to put the sewer hose into the dump station and then open the levers.  When I got back to the house I ordered 2 more 20 feet sewer hoses and 2 more sets of clamps so each 5th wheel has it's own. That way I don't have to haul the hoses. No supper tonight as we were going to go to Culvers after church.  We left early for church as Mark wanted to drop off a dehumidifier first.  Karen Hoffstetter helped get that down the church steps and opened doors. Ivan came right after we got it down and helped Mark set it.  They took it through the quilting room and into a utility room. The picture below they are coming back through the quilting room. The quilts are beautiful. Aunt Jinnie volunteers here with them on Thursdays when she is in Peoria. Mom was a quilter and wouldn't miss meeting with them on Thursdays until her stroke.
Tonight Greg Rumbold had the message on James the 1st chapter. The title of his message really was "The WAY!"  We need to do more than just hear the Word we also must live the Word. We had a good time at Culvers. Israel put his receipt on Ivan's back. He thought that was pretty funny.
Dan posted a song on Facebook from Silverwind Elya I heard this song for the first time about 30 years ago.
There are two other songs that I listened to over and over. The first on on the album below and then one called Destiny also on this album.
Hearing these songs was a blast from the past causing memories to come flooding into my brain.
