All Sold

It wasn't raining for our walk this morning but the rain started shortly after. As today is Tuesday I drove over to pick mom up for Berean but the electricity went out yesterday and since the clocks were off mom and Karin had not yet had breakfast. We left around 8:45 for the Berean office but needed to stop for gas first as the wheel chair van was riding on empty.  I'm pretty sure it is a 25 gallon tank and the gas gauge stopped at 24.975.

IF you would like to read about our morning at the Berean office click HERE. Mom and I stopped at the Hanna City post office to drop off the mail on the way home.  There was a package waiting at the garage for mom when we pulled up. It was pears from Barb and Tony Munther. Barb is Aunt Jinnie's oldest daughter.
Barb was sent a text thanking her for the delicious pears. They are just HUGE! We had a quick lunch then rested for 2 hours before getting back into the wheel chair van. This time to go to the Peoria Cooperative Academy choir performance. The 4:00 pm concert was standing room only. We were thankful we got there early and had seats near the front.  IF you would like to see the livestream click HERE. The singers did a fantastic job. We thoroughly enjoyed the concert. I wasn't able to get many pictures but was able to take Riley and Jordan's picture.

Mom wanted to donate  $20.00 so that bill was stuck in the side pocket of my purse but when I went to put it in the box it wasn't in that pocket. It must have fallen out. If anyone found a twenty on the floor please stick give it to the Co-Op.  I wasn't in a good place to take a video but tried just so we could hear the music again.
After the concert I took mom home while Mark took Mackenson to our house to pick up the supper meal. It was almost ready I just needed to heat up a few things and mix up a salad. We had baked chicken, stuffing, cranberry jello, lettuce salad and for dessert some of mom's delicious honeycookies. I left mom's at 7:00 pm once the dishes were done and the kitchen cleaned up. It rained almost the entire day and is still raining and an 80% chance of more rain tonight.  This should definitely help fill Ruth's well. Speaking of Ruth ALL of her puppies are now sold.  Ruth is going to miss them.
They will be leaving for their new homes in just a few days.
