A Good Update.

Early this morning as I went to feed I almost ran over this spider web. It was by the door of the shed where the grain is kept.

What a busy night's work for that spider. Sure hope he caught something. I was careful to leave it intact. At the cabin field Rosaleigh's colt was missing. Rosaleigh and Dancer came running over for their grain but the colt didn't come. I went into the field thinking maybe he was still sleeping behind the round bale feeder but he wasn't. I called and heard a soft squeal on the WRONG side of the fence. Before I could the lead rope then get his mom and take her out he ran over to where he climbed through the fence and climbed right back inside. Then went running over to share Dancer's grain.
Dancer is Jewel's 2020 filly and so kind to him.
Mom's garage door was being guarded by a big moth.
We very carefully put the moth on the ground so we could get through the door. Mom was pretty tired on the walk so we quit not even doing Diane's house and took her blood pressure and pulse. The blood pressure was fine, it was her pulse that was pretty low at only 43 beats per minute on the left arm and 42 on her right arm. Joan called the doctor and the want her in for an EKG tomorrow afternoon. This morning was mom's eye doctor appointment and she had to have the needle procedure so Joan took her as they dilate her eyes and she can't drive. Our apartment guests left early this morning and Anna came early to clean. Our next guest comes in on Friday. Mark forgot his hearing aids so I took those to him then stopped at the bank to deposit a check. This evening Mark drove mom and I to church. Tim Roecker had the message.  Hannah sent an update on her dad. Tim has been in the hospital with Covid and earlier this morning it was not looking good. He was on 10 liters of oxygen and his lungs were filling up. This afternoon they put him on an optiflow machine which gives oxygen a different way and it worked. This evening Hannah sent an update that he was doing much better and is at 97% oxygenation. We are all very thankful.
