Vaulters WIN Ribbons!
Church was such a blessing today from the singing to the sermons to the fellowship at lunch. What a wonderful gift God gave us when He gave us the day of rest!
After church the volley ball players showed up. The kids were given rides on the golf cart while the adults played. Emma, not the dog but Emma Chad and Julie's little girl showed us her special smile:
I think you need to see that as a close up:
Below are 2 of Tara and Jay's girls:
After the games Monica and Rhoda came over to try Lola out. Monica rode her first enjoying her slow jog trot.
Monica took Lola out in the back field for some schooling.
Once she was done Rhoda hopped on for some canter work.
The sun was heading down here Rhoda is riding Lola into the sunset.
The much anticipated exhausted vaulting team arrived home at 8:15pm. They felt the weekend was a huge success. Teegan got FIRST place for her compulsories on the barrel. Teegan's grandmother was so pleased she bought Teegan her own vaulting barrel. Ribbon had to share the trailer on the way home with it. Their team got second place for the Kur and every one of the vaulters in the stiff individual competitions placed and brought home a prized ribbon. Congratulations to the Heart of IL Vaulters!!
