LilyPony
Mom and I were the only humans on the walk today, once Ebby came running the dogs out numbered us.
Below is Ebby running to meet Emma for the walk.
Rachel is working on her rental house and Diane had grandkids to deliver to school.
The next picture is of Ylse as she is waiting for her grain bucket to be filled.
What a magnificent mare! She is due in August and is really showing this pregnancy. Ylse was the mare that lost weight over the winter. She sure looks good now, has gained everything back and more. Ribbon is still in and calling to Raven, we didn't cover her yesterday and today Raven needs a day off. Hope she is still in tomorrow morning.
The weather is just beautiful, so nice that Lilypony was taken out, given a quick groom and put in the arena for pictures.
There was no one to ask her to move, a coffee can was filled with rocks and thrown at her to get some action shots.
She ran but stopped right away and came over to see if that can had anything good in it and then had fun rolling it around.
I was able to get a few more action shots by throwing a tarp around the arena but even with that she was more curious as to what was happening than scared enough to show off. Karin wants to start training her. She wants Dr. Hoerr to check her teeth tomorrow and remove any wolf teeth if she has any. After checking her papers she also needs a new coggins. The vet clinic was called to add her name to his visit.
She was left in the arena when the Lowes truck pulled up the drive to deliver the bags of cement for the fencing project.
Yesterday Philip picked up the fence post from TSC by using the small Meister Brother trailer.
We needed bedding so mixed in with all those posts are 12 bags of bedding.
Lilypony was waiting at the gate ready to be taken back by the time the bedding was unloaded.
Lilypony's registered name is HH JETS LADYLUCK. She is registered in the Pinto Horse Association. A webpage was built and uploaded on the horsemeister website. She is a very fancy pony with her bright chestnut color, her flaxen mane & tail and her 4 high whites! Check her out by visiting the horsemeister website, she is on the for sale page and the new addition page.
