Breakfast was served here at 7:30 am then Mark, Israel and David went to work on Joan's beach wall. Stephanie went up to the apartment to get the sheets in the washer then she and Elisabet left for home to bake a couple dozen cookies for our next few airbnb renters. When the wall was finished I drove Israel and David home and arrived just as the cookies were out of the oven and into the fancy Chipped boxes. These designer cookies by Stephanie are extra delicious! One dozen was put in the apartment and the other dozen frozen for later.
Karin, Shaeya, Tess, Ariya, and Wren arrived with Mika, Jury, Sally, Cookie and Missy, loaded them up in the big trailer and took off for Jubilee. They had a good ride but were enjoying it so much that they all forgot to take pictures.
Mom and Aunt Jinnie went to the Giant Goose Ranch where Beth gave them a boat ride around the lakes. They also got to tour some of the cabins.
This afternoon Irish's filly was wandering around outside the barn. Someone had come into the stall area and was feeding grass to the fillies and left a door unlatched. No problem, she led perfectly back into her stall. While I was out there they were fed and watered for the night. They are all doing so well that on Wednesday after Dr. Hoerr arrives they will be turned out. Tomorrow afternoon Odin leaves for his new home and Otto will be left by himself for a day before the fillies can go out. Notice: BEREAN IS CALLED OFF TOMORROW! Bill Schick is having a CAT scan done to see if the doctors can find out what is going on with him. Hope everyone can come next Tuesday we will have double the work.
We had an early supper of soup and left overs and right now Mark is power washing the skid steer and tractors. We will for sure have an early night tonight, yesterday was exhausting.
