The Mystery

Rachel took the video below this morning while she was sitting on her porch. This isn't the first time this eagle has flown over but the first time they saw the eagle swoop down and grab something from the lake.
Mark and I went up early to start working on tires. Not only was the flat tire changed with the spare and the bad tire loaded in my car, the other tire with wires showing was also taken off and that tire also fit in my little Prius. These little cars are so well designed they hold much more than they look like they could. I left right about 8:30 am which was after our walk for Peoria Tire and Vulcanizing, dropped off those tires shortly after 9:00 am, went to Sam's and bought groceries for the weekend and by the time I got back to Riekers (the Tire Shop) I had two new tires on those rims. Groceries were put away before heading up to the trailer to put those two new tires on.  Sarah was here cleaning and she decided to clean out the fridge before putting all of those groceries away. Jenis and Rosalie were loaded up and hauled to Middle Grove then the truck and trailer taken to Bridlewood Apartments where Joan and her children were cutting up a tree that had to be taken down.
This tree was planted when the apartments were built in 1978 and was huge. Joan borrowed the truck and trailer and filled them both with still more to move later.

They worked for 8 hours solid sawing, splitting and loading wood and all of them are exhausted this evening. Just before I left Karin arrived to take Chad and Julie's girls out on the trails.

Sarah was given my camera while I was hauling and took the pictures below. Rhoda arrived and all of them went to work cleaning the arena, the stalls and even the manure spreader.
Eden was practicing her vaulting moves while Zion was working.

Rhoda and Sarah went down to work on one of the gates. Zion was curious with the fillies but they were just as curious about Zion.
The pictures were all so good that I posted ALL of them.

When I got back Rhoda was working with Jury in the round pen while Zion and Eden watched as they sat on the golf cart.

After the ride Rhoda and Sarah still weren't tired and went to work unloading the manure spreader.
A part broke last fall and now that the spreader is empty Mark can fix it. He went out after supper and worked on it but this fix is not an easy fix according to Mark.
Sarah and Nolan are camping here this weekend and Spark offered to move the trailer over to the playground with his special machine.
That is such a handy moving machine.
After supper Phil and Anna brought their girls to the lake and everyone went fishing. Zion came running up the hill to tell us about the big fish her daddy almost caught.

 Spark helped with the campfire.
Phil caught this turtle with his fishing line. He casted out and snagged the turtle on the leg.
Braelyn brought it up to show us before letting it go.
The fire was going well, we roasted marshmallows and made somemores.
Now for the mystery. Someone removed mom's American flag and put up a Trump Keep America great flat. We have been teasing her about doing it but she has been complaining since yesterday about losing her American flag.
SO who ever switched flags PLEASE switch them back. Unless you have a Hilary flag in the closet you want to put up next. Mom would NEVER live that one down.
