Somehow someway between Mark and I working off and on on this computer for the last 2 days we got it up and running tonight. But the foaling camera is NOT. Mark thinks he may have unplugged it in Emily's apartment. Tonight Lola was put in the foaling stall, not because she is waxing but she was just acting not quite usual. She was restless. Now that she is in I have no way of checking on her unless I walk up to the barn. Star is over due by 1 day but no waxing, no change in her udder. Lily's udder is getting tight but no waxing. Ayanna's udder seemed the same. We are going to have a cold windy night so right about now I'm praying that none of these mares foal.
Speaking of cold and windy, the morning started with relatively warm temperatures and a few sprinkles but before we finished the walk we were dumped on. Diane and I worked at Berean and just about the time we started loading the Bibles into her van the wind changed and started slamming a cold rain into us. the temperatures were falling like a stone, the rain was pounding on the roof of the office so loud we could hardly visit. We are expecting a hard freeze tonight. We ran out of Bibles and out of stamps so weren't able to finish.
Before heading home I stopped first at Sam's for most of our Easter meal and then Aldi for the rest of the groceries and plastic eggs. Then once home started stuffing the eggs with candy. The kids will have just over 100 candy filled eggs to find on Easter. Three dozen eggs were hard boiled tonight for the kids to dye on Saturday. I think I'm ready, now just have to start cleaning the house but that can surely wait until tomorrow.
