With the time change it was almost light when I went out at 6:30 am to move the two weanlings out of the stalls. They were put in the indoor arena where there is plenty of hay and water. Instead of cleaning their stalls I took the golf cart over to mom's. Karin was up but mom was still sound asleep. Karin reported mom woke up at 4:00 am but fell back asleep and was sleeping soundly still at 7:00 am. Aunt Jinnie was up and stayed with mom for our walk this morning. We finished that just before 8:00 am. I had enough time to make a quick breakfast and change for our morning at the Berean office. Aunt Jinnie was picked up about 8:15 and we easily made it there before the 9:00 am starting time. If you would like to read about our morning there click HERE. We stopped at the Hanna City post office to drop of the Bibles on our way home. Joan N ( a grader from Bereans) brought in a book for us to read and share. I get to read it first and started the book but only read about a 3rd of it before duty called. The weanlings needed to be moved out of the indoor arena. Raven's old paddock is attached to the back field so I chose to put them in there. Less mud but it first needed a round bale put in. They were locked in the field and had a ball running around. We ONLY have these 4 left from 2021.

When she is mature she will be a beautiful dapple gray and when old more than likely pure white! Even seen a white Friesian? She will also have mega hair so this filly will be spectacular. She has a great mind, likes people and wonderful movement.

They finished their run at almost a dead heat, all 4 lined up so nicely. Left to right is Rockaway, Morgana, Sterling and Dahlia.
Mark was working with the skid steer moving logs around to make for easier splitting. He took a load that was a little too long for our wood burners over to Joan's house as she has big wood burners and can fit large logs and brought home a load of smaller split wood for our wood burners.
Joan sent Mackenson and Berlica to help again with splitting wood while she and Faith did the last mowing of the year here and at mom's house. It isn't often that mowing needs to be done in November but this year it really did need to be mowed one more time. I cleaned up the arena and started on stalls. I was working on the last stall when Amy arrived so I was more than happy to quit and head over to mom's with her. Mom really wanted to practice walking. She walked earlier today with Joan then again with Karin. She is one determined lady and is pushing herself to relearn to walk.
Amy showed us Cathie's Zambia pictures before I left for home to make supper. Tonight was a chicken and sausage stir fry with vegetables, rice and noodles.
