Rosaleigh was covered early this morning, before the kids started coming down for breakfast. Evan was put in the field when finished and I discovered his waterer was overflowing. Mike was sent a text and came to fix it after the walk. He needed the water turned off for a few minutes while he replaced the valve. During our walk Taunya came walking out of the apartment just as we were walking by her door. We looked at her, she saw us and said, "Addyson is doing hair right now, if anyone wants theirs done next.
That made us all laugh.
Right after the walk Addyson and I left for Sam's club to pick up dog food and snacks for our vacation. When we got home Sarah was here with Zion and Eden. Addyson, Ben and Taunya had to leave for the walk through of their new house. Sarah took Abe, Zion and Eden on the golf cart while Jack was suppose to join a zoom meeting for school. I was suppose to help him get logged on but that was frustrating. Us old folks don't speak tech and even though the teacher was trying to talk us through we could not make it work. She finally told us to log off, Jack turned off the I-pad thinking that would do it and we hear the teacher's voice saying, "you are still logged on. I can log you off on my end." Jace exclaims, "that's spooky!" hearing her voice coming out of that black I-pad. We really don't know what we are doing. We went to the playground to join Sarah. Rebekah was there with her three children and they all had a good time playing together. Later Sarah took them all on a golf cart ride.
I worked on bringing down the toys that were purchased for vacation and packing them. Zion helped with that. We have a lot of rafts and blow up toys to bring so hopefully we can bring an air compressor. Tonight I went over to mom's for games and was joined by Heather, Sean and their friend Beth who is visiting. Mom won by a land slide!
