Tori Covered

I had a surprise this morning when feeding. Skye was in Evan's paddock and Evan was in the field. Evan came running up to her and she kicked out at him so I don't think she is in season but have no idea how or when they got that back gate open. Skye was moved into the breeding shed paddock until after the walk then moved into the middle paddock. She has gotten out 3 times from the cabin field and come here so obviously she wants to be here. Ben and Taunya took Addyson and Jack to Goodfield so they could pick out their bedrooms leaving Abe and Jace here with me. Sarah brought her girls over to swim and watched Abe and Jace while I got some work done.

Faith, Ellie, Noah and Tess came over to help move all the show tubs out of the big horse trailer. The tack room was cleaned and organized enough that those show tubs could be stored there. Karin had a trail ride scheduled at 9:30 am. Berlica got to go this one along with Beth's sister's granddaughters.'

The kids that helped with the horse trailer were scheduled for a 10:30 trail ride.
When they were done with that ride they took the horses swimming across the lake and then at Diane and Mike's pond. Below are a few pictures then the video.

We had more swimming fun then went on a long golf cart ride.

After Sarah left and Ben and Taunya came home Tori was taken out, teased then covered by Evan. Taunay took Addyson to Stephanie's where all the girls were meeting for pizza. Nolan, Eden, Ben, Jack, Jace, Abe and Ron, Taunya's dad came here for dinner. After dinner Ben and Nolan fixed a couple boards the horses knocked down. That sure seems to be a never ending job around here.
