Our morning started at 2:00 am. Our carbon monoxide alarm started going off. This scared our big old not very brave English Mastiff Emma so badly she tried to climb into bed with us. Mark had to take it apart to stop the noise. The rest of the night was a blur of trying to get back to sleep and keep Emma off our bed. It isn't easy pushing a 180 pound dog off. That wasn't the end of the problems, the hot water heater decided to stop working just as I was getting ready to take a shower. Thank goodness we didn't have guests in the apartment. I took the golf cart up there and enjoyed a nice hot shower with that special shower head on that one. We needed to leave this morning before 8:00 am to pick up mom then pick up donuts at Casey's in Hanna City but when we got there the donuts weren't done. That was fine, I paid for them then Ruth picked them up for us and took them to church. Meanwhile mom, Joan, Heather, Mark and I were busy getting everything else ready for the lunch. We had plenty of help by the time Ruth brought the donuts and everything went great for lunch. We had more than enough food. Lunch at church goes like a well oiled machine. Everyone just pitches in where needed and by the time afternoon service starts almost everything is finished and cleaned up. Greg Rumbold had the morning service and Dave Obergfel had the afternoon service. Both will need to be listened to again as I was a little distracted. When we got out of church the sun was shining and the temperature was a balmy 57 degrees. Perfect for cleaning up Josiah and getting an updated video of him. Rhoda came to help.
He has such nice movement and is such a well behaved friendly colt. Below are a few pictures of Josiah taken today. A little muddy, very shaggy with his thick winter coat but wow does he have the movement.
If you would like to see the rest of the pictures taken today click HERE. Josiah was born May 7th, 2019 out of our half Friesian half Thoroughbred mare Jewel by our FHANA registered Friesian stallion Evan. He will be tall and just happens to be for sale for $4500.00. Once he was put away we brought out Joshua. Joshua was born May 22nd out of our IALHA registered purebred Andalusian mare Madiera and is also by Evan our FHANA registered Friesian stallion. Joshua and Josiah are half brothers. Joshua is registered in the Warlander book of the Friesian Heritage Horse International registry. He is for sale for $5000.00. Below is his video.

The videos were sent to the people waiting then Mark and I left for Phil and Anna's where they had a supper prepared of Anna's famous corn chowder. That was delicious. Anna gave me the recipe which I will try to make for the Berean lunch. Below are a few pictures of the grand daughters there.
Braelyn was busy helping her mom get supper ready. This is not her sad face, this is her making sure everything is fine face.
The rest were watching the super bowl but the game was so noisy we decided to leave at half time and will have an early night tonight after our super Sunday.
