2013 Benefit Dinner

What a blessed evening last night! Dean and Holly cooked one of the best meals ever presented, the tables were gorgeous, and the music heavenly. It was a bitter sweet evening as this was Wayne's last one as a director. He is retiring after only 17 years of service to Peoria. Is that allowed? What will we do without him? Our last song of the evening was Alpha and Omega. When we reached the end where the song declared HE is LORD, the choir gave everything and those words, that praise rang up to the rafters and reached into heaven. Not that I'm speaking for God but we felt the Spirit say, "I AM" He is worthy of all praise, honor and glory, HE is our creator, our Saviour and our Lord!
