Moving Horses.

Before cooking breakfast for Mark, Jury was teased and covered by Valiant and the 2 weanlings in the stall fed and watered. After breakfast Lola and Soul were loaded up and taken to Middle Grove. When they were unloaded they headed straight up the hill to look for the herd.

When they got to the top they stopped to look then call when they didn't see any horses.
I made to back to Hanna City just before 9:00 am and had Mark help move their foals out with the other two weanlings in the far paddock. Left to right in the picture below is Soul's filly, Lola's colt, Irish's colt and Rosalie's filly.
Below are Rosalie's filly and Irish's colt.

They all settled down, ate the grain I put in the buckets then went over to the hay bale.  Joan sent Mackenson and Faith over to mow.

Below is Faith and the grasshopper.
Faith was mowing around the new barn and Whiskey the outside mare was in the field next to the barn field watching her.
We are counting the days until I can schedule a sonagram for her. From there I headed over to mom's  where Fedi was busy power washing mom's house and her deck. Joan was putting away the boats for the season. She and Berlica sailed over then put the sail boat away.

The power washer stopped working, Fedi called Spark to come look at it to see if he had the part needed. Spark and Rhonda came over on their 4 wheeler.
He had the part and Fedi was able to finish the front porch and the front of the house.  Karin brought Nancy over with some fresh fried chicken. We thoroughly enjoyed that for lunch then played games for a couple hours. Mom needed to leave for Logan's rehearsal dinner at 4:00 pm and needed to get in a nap first so by 2:00 pm we all left. David and Stephanie dropped off Israel and Elisabet on their way to the rehearsal dinner. We took off for the playground but took the long way around so Rizzy, their dog could hunt rabbits.
Along the way we found some very pretty flowers.

The golden rod is beautiful but is considered a weed.
The bumble bee was busy at work collecting pollen.
We even found some very fuzzy beans.
We finally made our way to the playground and Israel was thrilled to see that their sand towns from last Sunday were still standing. The one with the temple is Jerusalem and the other town is Jericho. Below they are working on the road going between the two towns.

We went home to feed the weanlings and Lola's colt was now in with Indy and Jury. Not sure how he got in with them but Soul's filly was upset and since her mom was now at Middle Grove I thought the back gate may as well be opened. Indy saw that I was feeding the weanlings their grain and came running. Soul's filly saw that the back gate was opened and took off at a gallop, ran right up to Jury and started nursing AND Jury LET her.  That meant Jury needed to be moved but Lola's colt did not want to leave Jury's colt and I couldn't get Jury out without both colt's following. I finally just decided to take Jury and both colts over to the cabin field. Soul's filly was content to be in with Indy, her filly, Irish's colt and Rosalie's filly. I took a few pictures of Jury and her 'twins' at the cabin field. I don't think she will let Lola's colt nurse but she was busy protecting both foals from Dancer who was very curious.
Below is Jury's colt.
Below is Lola's colt checking out Oksana.
Once they were settled we went into the house to make swords and spears out of the pieces of foam board left over from Mark's work on the new barn.

They surrounded Mark with their swords and spears.
Tomorrow is Logan and Carli's wedding in Washington. We will need to leave a little earlier than usual as the drive will be a little longer.
