We had a beautiful cool morning. Cool enough that for once it was a joy to work horses. Emily pulled Olivia out for some round pen reasoning and ended up riding her bareback.
This mare is owned by Cynthia and is for sale. Check out her ad by clicking Olivia's Dream Horse Ad
This afternoon as I was suppose to be watching Anna's girls Evan snapped off the float of his automatic waterer and water was gushing out like a fountain making his paddock a muddy mess. Mike was sent a text, the water was turned off to the farm and good old duct tape was taken out to make a temporary fix.
We didn't have time to eat supper before church so went with the group after church to Culvers. The problem with that is we get home WAY to late. It didn't help that we stayed at church working out the details of the Peoria invite happening Saturday and Sunday. We have around 200 young group kids coming in for the weekend. Saturday they will be doing a service project for Berean. We will probably have 10 to 15 stay at the lake between the houses and apartment. The last I heard they are still looking for housing for 60 kids. I can hardly wait to hear the singing on Sunday.
Rachel posted the picture below of Valiant standing alone at sunset tonight.
Gorgeous! Thanks Rachel
