Another Funday Monday

The girls started arriving around 10:30 with their children for one of our last Funday Monday's now that school is starting up. Needless to say we made the most of the day.

While Kensley was taking a nap the older six grandchildren came with me on the golf cart to help feed the horses.

I needed to leave the lake by 3:30pm to drive to the Peoria post office and pick up the Berean mail as Ellen is on vacation and there wouldn't be time tomorrow. When I got back Emily was ready to help get a few pictures and a short video of Sheena's colt by Valiant.

He was born May 4th and can be weaned and ready for his new home in September. Now we just have to FIND him a home. This half Friesian half Thoroughbred stud colt is registered with Friesian Heritage Horse. His name is Whistler. He is a typical Valiant son, TALL big boned, loves people and well behaved. He has nice movement and should excel for combined training, jumpers, hunters, trail and with his quiet temperament would be a breeze to train to pull a carriage.

He is shedding his foal coat and is shiny black underneath. He is for sale for $4000.00. Please visit the website for more pictures of this stallion. www.horsemeister.com
It is past time for me to hit the sack. Playing all day is hard work.
