We awoke to a beautiful warm sunny day. Ben, Rhoda and Lee left a little after 7:00 am for a race nearby. Lee came in second, Rhoda came in 4th and Ben came in 5th in each of their divisions. While they were running we were enjoying the morning out by the lake. Philip took the girls fishing.
I went in to get my swim suit on and while I was gone Addyson pulled one in also.
Jack was playing on the beach when Jace went into the lake, filled his cup with water and just check the pictures below to see where he poured it out.
Jack wasn't too happy about that.Nolan and Sarah were the first to take the jet ski out.
The Jack, Addyson and Braelyn were having fun jumping off the dock then swimming back to shore.
When the racers got back, we took the pontoon boat around the island then over to the sand bar, anchored it and swam. Anna and Ben gave rides on the jet ski while the rest of us floated around in the water on rafts and tubes.

We spent most of the morning out on the lake coming in around 1:30 pm for lunch. After lunch came the bag games while some of us stayed in the shade. We all got too much sun today. Below Lee and Ben are playing bags with Phil and Nolan.
Mark took a long walk heading around the lake but decided he probably went just a little too far and called for a ride back. He almost made it half way around this big lake. Taunya and Ben cooked supper tonight. I will say our meals are first class. After dinner came the first round of the bag game tournament but when we went outside Jack and Taegan were taking apart the bags spreading the popcorn all over. Ben had some gray tape and of course that fixes everything.
Mark and I lost our first game against Sarah and Nolan so we left to buy marine gas for the boats. The rest played until dark. We had a pleasant evening but now it is past time to head to bed. What a perfect first day.
