Maybe Tonight

Rosaleigh was not happy this morning in the indoor arena all night. She was anxious to get out and didn't relax at all. That meant I had to come up with plan B for her to deliver.  The weanlings decided for me, they broke down a board and went into the pond pasture with Lily and Rosalie. They were locked in the paddock after lunch. Rosalie was not very welcoming so tomorrow I will need to move them over into the second paddock.

I left for the walk and on that we decided to switch back to the old wheel chair for mom. That was loaded up and taken over.  Dan stopped by and was able to fix it.
We now have 4 wheelchairs and the borrowed one is the best for mom. It fits her the best and is the most comfortable for her. Dan sold the wheelchair van and found a nice one in Louisville, KY that is much newer. It has 2 spots for wheelchairs and a nice ramp. We decided that this would be a good purchase so Joan is making arrangements to pick it up. Rosaleigh is waxing so was taken over and put in the paddock the weanlings escaped from so I could give her a good groom before she delivers.

She still has some fairy knots in her mane but the burrs are out. Below was a quick video of her checking out the paddock. Notice the boards down at the bottom of the paddock.
When Mark got home from work he got that fixed and had lots of help from Rosaleigh. She followed him everywhere and checked out everything he did.

The 5th wheel was cleaned and the bed made up for the next guest coming in. The tanks were emptied even though they hardly had anything in. On the way back to the house Irish's colt was taking a nap up by the gate.
Tatiana and her filly were also up at the gate.
The iris' are blooming beautifully by our patio. These were transplanted from mom's garden a couple years ago.
This afternoon I was struggling with sharing sermons from the new ac central website and finally put in a plea for help from the IT guy that got our Peoria church website up. He was able to walk me through each step and it worked.  The broken links are now no longer broken AND thanks to that information it will be easy to share amazing Spirit filled messages.
We left for the fellowship hall at 5:30 pm and were served a nice dinner from Jesse and Johanna of sloppy joes, grapes, veggies with dip, chips and cookies for dessert.  The dinner and the talk given by Justin were well attended. Justin spoke on the growth of Christianity from the time Jesus left until now.
He also spoke on how missionaries are now coming from Africa to America to spread the good news and what the percentage of Christians has dropped so low that over a third do not know anything about Jesus and more than half only know a few stories.  We are all called to spread the 'good news'.
We stopped at the barn before going down to the house to check on Rosaleigh. She does not seem to be in labor yet. We had a beautiful warm day. Even now it is 59 degrees and only suppose to drop into the 40s tonight with an almost full moon. A good night to deliver if she does.
