All morning I waited for the phone to ring, a couple of men from Texas were suppose to come to see the horses. Around 11:00am they finally called, they had over slept. They followed me out to the farm and saw all of the ones we had for sale plus all of the horses we are keeping. Of course they wanted Valiant. Of all the foals he is the one they picked. He is also the one that was right there saying, "pick me, pick me." Valiant is not for sale so they were told he was priced at $14,000.00 (I knew they didn't want to spend that much.) Once they left, it was time to check Sophie, she is in quite heavily and stood well for Raven. Wynne is also in, she will need to be covered tomorrow.
Once home it was time for laundry, then rotating potluck at Greg and Heather house. What a beautiful home they have, dinner was good and the company better.
While at potluck, Mark's cell phone rang, Taunya's mom was admitted to Methodist with chest pains. We left and headed to Methodist. She is scheduled for a angiogram tomorrow morning so we should know more then. Taunya will bring Addyson over tomorrow morning then head up to the hospital.
