Living Through Hurricane Dorian

The man that posted this video is living through Hurricane Dorian
His house is not on the ocean and is built 12 feet high on stilts. He made sure he had those special hurricane safe windows but even with that his house is taking on water.  This storm is just unbelievable!
After breakfast the toys were taken out and the grand children given the box to pick out a toy to take home.

We had kind of a lazy day here. Karin was laying on a raft in the lake well before lunch. The volley ball games started up around noon and went on for a few hours. They had 3 full teams.
The team that would sit out of course just didn't sit, they played football while waiting for the current game to end.  Rebekah and Brian came with their 3 children. Blair, their youngest was given a dolly and sat in front of mom and me while Rebekah played.
I only stayed to watch 3 games then went back to take a nap. Yesterday was a lot of work and a late night.  Mark worked on cutting up the tree, splitting and hauling logs.  We worked together putting the wood in the woodshed. After supper we ended up at mom's house for games.
