Ruth is spending the night with her tonight and Karin will tomorrow night. We had snow on the ground this morning. Beautiful but NOT what we want at this time of the year.
I sent a snow picture to Diane and they sent back the picture below of how they are surviving the sheltering in place problem.
Other than the beach being closed Gulf Shores is a wonderful place for that sheltering stuff. They are keeping their distance, and the warm SUNNY salt air is killing any virus that dares show up.
I went to the Berean office this morning and worked until 5:30 pm. I wanted to get everything done but didn't want to take a chance on passing anything bad around so cancelled tomorrow.Karin arrived this morning to work with the horses. Below she is working with Hadassah.
I didn't stick around to watch as I wanted to get moving on the Berean mail. By the way Berean has been cancelled for the next 2 weeks. Bill Schick is going to mail out the 58 Bibles that are ready to go and the 200 + Bible Studies today. This afternoon I noticed my throat felt scratchy. It almost feels as if I'm getting a cold but no stuffy nose, no coughing, no aching and no fever. Hopefully tomorrow all will be well, other wise I won't leave the property.
There are another 236 new cases in IL of the Covid 19 Corona virus bringing a total to 1285 with 12 deaths in the state. We have 8 cases confirmed now in the tri county area with 55 negative test and 32 pending tests. This virus is spreading but so far has not reached our area thank goodness.
Oksana was brought inside for the night and we have some progress on her udder. Tonight there was a little waxing on one teat. I don't think she will go tonight but was glad to see she is getting ready to have this foal.
