Tied a Record
Another hot day and this time we tied the record for the day, 94 degrees. It is just too hot to work horses. Poor Sheena needs to be brought inside during this heat and she just doesn't want to put any weight on that front hoof. The back leg is really healing well. Kensley came today and helped hold Sheena while her legs were hosed off and re-wrapped. Kensley is only 3 years old so she thought she was pretty important. The barn apartment was made ready for our next guests coming in tomorrow then the house air turned on and we spent the afternoon inside playing. The evening Mark weed whacked while I turned Sheena out and cleaned stalls.
