Someone HELP?

UPDATE SHE FOUND A HOME!  Can someone help Sean and his wife Nicole out. . They are good people and have cared for many horses over the years. Sean's wife was diagnosed with cancer and they MUST MOVE.  They want a good home for their older mare. Below is the mare and what Sean wrote: 

I wanted to reach out to you about a horse I am wanting to find a home for.
We are moving back to town and have downsized to keep two horses we plan to board.

We have a third horse that I am looking for a sanctuary/retirement home for. She is old but very healthy.
She is a registered TWH, I believe 31 years old (would have to look)

We moved our three up to a friends place temporarily until a spot opens for boarding our two but need to find her a good home as soon as we can.
She is very healthy and sweet as can be to people, loves attention. Would be great for kids to ride on etc.
Nicole’s 93 year old grandpa rode her by himself with no trouble as she is a babysitter through and through.

I thought i would reach out to you because you know so many more people in the horse community than we do and might know someone.

We don’t want anything for her, she is 100% free, just want her in a good home.
If you could help in any way I would be forever grateful, she is currently on a dry lot with a lot of other horses and I can not leave her there but I also can't afford to board 3 since we are moving back to town.
