The Spirit Speaks

The Holy Spirit was not just speaking today through our ministers, He was calling, pleading, cajoling the unsaved and convicting us where we needed chastisement. How good it was to be in Peoria today. Craig had the morning service and when he read about corrupt communication told us how gossip doesn't just corrupt 1 person or even 2, it corrupts 3 it opened my eyes! The gossiper, the gossiped against and the person listening are all corrupted by this one act. Who of us haven't listened then left with corrupt thoughts.
This afternoon Tim Funk let the Spirit work through him  pleading with any who have not made a decision to live for Jesus.
After church Phil brought Braelyn and Taegan over to play with us grandparents while the usual Sunday evening volley ball games were played. We had a big group show up today. Below are a few of the pictures of the evening. What was a little unusual is they let the older folks play. Check out Diane's form in the picture below.
