Sunday Games

It was so good to be back in church, good from the time we arrived until we left for home. Today was our communion exhortation, Tim gave one that was not like any I've heard before. Hope it was recorded, I'd love to share it with family members that couldn't be there.
After church we stopped at Sams to pick up Mark's new glasses then down to the shop to pick up a bid he needs to email out. The weather was so nice outside that even though I was tired from the long day it was too nice to rest. The golf cart was taken over to Diane's and Willow, Diane's grand daughter went for a ride with me to mom's. We found mom fishing for her dinner, she had already caught a good sized crappie and was pulling in another when we arrived. Grandma was good enough to let Willow fish for a bit but the fish quit biting right about then. It had nothing to do with the fact Darcy kept jumping in the water and chasing any fish away, nope it must have been the way Willow was fishing. The pole was put away and mom went up to clean and cook her dinner. The kids started to arrive to play volley ball. We pulled up on the golf cart and Spark and Rhonda pulled up on their 4 wheeler to watch. Below is the jeering section, oh wait perhaps it is the cheering section.

The games were well matched and each side got into the 20s with some going overtime.

Notice the intensity of these 2 players both watching for the ball. Notice the white on Karin's shoulder, that's duct tape, she is trying to play with a sore shoulder and remember her remedy is duct tape for everything.

It's not just the kids that get into playing, the dogs do too.

And when the big kids finally get off the court it is claimed by the next generation.

It was such a nice evening we sat and visited. Below we thought was a strange picture, we don't usually catch David petting dogs, let along smelly Emma.

The video camera was returned from the night of Worship, the Sauder's want a dvd burned but both Rhoda and I couldn't figure out how to get this job done after working on it for an hour we gave up and will take it in on Tuesday for Phil instruct on how to do this one more time! but at least I can work on a couple videos tonight. Enjoy this, I sure did.

I also uploaded the second song Rachel sang. Listen to the words of this song, How can we Know?
