Today was spent cleaning out the trucks and trailers, hanging out blankets and coolers to dry and cleaning machines. We walked today, it was 9 degrees outside but sunny and no wind. Mom still has a pile of snow in her front yard from her snowman. Karin came after work to help with the trucks and trailers and ended up organizing the trailers and helping move in 3 bales. Valiant and Galena needed a new bale, the fatty paddock needed a new bale and so did the middle paddock.
Amelia's owner contacted me, she is coming to pick her up next week.
She will be arriving on Monday, spending the night at the apartment then leaving Tuesday morning early for their long trip to North Carolina. The other two weanlings she is with, Roxanne's filly and Tatiana's colt will really miss her. She is the boss of that paddock and tells them where to go when and what to do.
Hoerr Vet clinic was called to get her health papers for travel. She already has a current coggins. Hope it warms up soon so she can be cleaned up before her owner arrives. She isn't too bad as everything is still frozen solid around here.
This evening was family night at church. Mike, Mindy, Leon and Eunice brought in the meal. David Obergfel had the message.
