NOT a Puppy Mill

Mark and I have been accused of being a puppy mill and we ONLY have ONE dog. Emma our old English Mastiff has been spayed for quite a while but we did let her have 2 litters of pups. So where are all the puppies coming from? My parents had 11 children and after most of them got married mom had over 40 grand children and now the grandchildren are getting married and mom has over 60 great grand children. So all the puppies are actually coming from the very carefully purchased female dog of different grand children. A couple years ago Rhoda rescued Rizzy a purebred miniature Poodle. Rizzy had been in an apartment left inside a crate for hours at a time and would come with a few issues.
Rhoda already owned her dog Ruby so asked Sarah if she could take her in. Sarah and Nolan said yes. They had to work hard to potty train Rizzy and teach her how to be a dog. They had seen pictures of Cavapoo puppies and thought it would be fun to let Rizzy have a litter but it took quite a while to find a small male King Charles Cavalier within driving distance and then they found Buddy. Rizzy had 5 puppies by Buddy and each was absolutely adorable. Sarah and Nolan were glad to repeat that breeding and yesterday Rizzy had 4 puppies all just as adorable as the full siblings below.
Rachel's daughter Jessica loves Pugs and for the very first time had a litter of 4 Pug Puppies this summer out of her Princess Leah. They are adorable, friendly and guess what? VERY well socialized. With this big of a family and those cute of puppies of course they are going to be well handled.
Ruth's daughter Rebekah bought a Goldendoodle puppy a few years ago. They named her Reagan.
Knowing they would like to have a litter of puppies from this sweet obedient well socialized dog They started looking for a male Poodle that was standing at stud, but weren't happy with the quality they found knowing exactly what they wanted they went on a search and found Chewy. So last year Ruth's daughter Anni drove hundreds of miles to look at Chewy, buy Chewy and bring him home. Chewy is a rare red Moyen Poodle standing in at 17 pounds. A Moyen is a purebred poodle, just not a miniature or a standard. By breeding Reagan to Chewy Reagan's puppies would be considered F1B Mini Goldendoodles.
Chewy sired his very first litter this summer and is now standing at stud to the public for $600.00. If interested in booking Chewy you would need to contact Anni directly by call or text at 309-573-2040. Chewy is the bomb though, siring 10 puppies the very first time he ever stood at stud. Reagan had 8 beautiful female pups and 2 male.

A few years ago My daughter Rhoda and her husband Lee purchased Ruby. Ruby is a very small Cockapoo weighing 9 pounds. They wanted to breed Ruby this summer to Buddy the King Charles Cavalier in Indiana and drove her all the way there but the owner of Buddy called Rhoda back and told her Ruby was not receptive to him and was probably out of season. Well Rhoda brought Ruby to the playground Sunday evening as soon as they got home from picking her up in Indiana and Bo, Jessica's male Pug found out pretty quickly she WAS receptive and soon Ruby was expecting her first and LAST Pugapoos. Lee was all upset thinking these puppies were going to be ugly and it would be hard to find them homes but shockingly they are adorable. Ruby had 3 puppies and they all sold within a couple days.
Lastly my daughter Sarah and her husband Nolan purchased a couple years ago an adorable Maltipoo female puppy and named her Arrieta.
She was bred to a purebred miniature poodle and produced 4 beautiful puppies.
Now each of these litters have or will be vet checked, their dew claws removed, de-wormed and given the first set of shots. My nieces or daughters take very good care of their dogs. The puppies are WELL socialized and all either had or will have a good start on puppy potty training. We are a dog loving family but can't help that as we inherited that gene from mom, grandma or great grandma Rhoda. SO to make this very clear even though it looks like we may be a puppy mill we are NOT. These dogs are together most Sunday afternoons and I believe that may be why they cycled around the same time. Each litter was carefully planned and joyfully anticipated. Well all except the PugaPoo Pups but even that turned out wonderful! Thankful this huge family are animal lovers. Those are the best kind of people around.
