When I got back into the house I found wonderful big soup bones from John. They butchered yesterday and Karin brought a big box of bones and passed them out to everyone here in Meisterville. I started a big pot simmering. Tomorrow this will make a wonderful soup. Nolan and Sarah arrived not too much later after Esther was on her way home. Sarah came in here with Zion while Nolan went with Rhoda to Middle Grove to pick up horses. We needed Indy and her filly here along with Rosaleigh's colt, Ethan. Dr. Hoerr is coming tomorrow to ultrasound Indy, Oksana and Titiana and Flynn & Ethan both need health certificates for travel as they are getting picked up on Saturday. When Rhoda and Nolan didn't make it back in the usual amount of time I was worried something had gone wrong and I was right. Rosaleigh's colt was a breeze to load.
Envee, Indy's filly is so independent she decided she would rather stay with the herd than her mother.
It took them 40 minutes to get her in the trailer. Now that they are home, that is one thing we will work on. Indy and Envee were put in the paddock next to Evan while Ethan was put in with the other weanlings. Phil and Anna brought the girls over for dinner joining Sarah, Nolan, Rhoda, Mark and me. We heated up the big 9x13 frozen pan of chicken Alfredo that Sarah and Nolan brought over last week and it easily fed us all with left overs. That was served with the bread that Rachel left with her lasagna meal. It was a very good cheese bread that everyone liked. Sarah made cookie/brownie bars for dessert. After dinner was the usual volley ball games at the playground. I took the camera and took a few pictures but it was so chilly I decided I'd rather go in and visit with mom than watch the games. The soup will be taken out to the porch tonight. The temperature is suppose to drop to 39 degrees which will cool it down perfectly, then tomorrow morning the fat can be taken out and some of that given to Emma along with a few of the bones.

Rhoda is going to pick up shots for Flynn and Ethan tomorrow and bring them out here by noon. She will give those 2 their shots then stay and help with the ultrasounds and health exams. Thankful for Rhoda and Nolan's efforts today. They didn't quit even when the going got tough and got the job done.
