Sunday

We had a really wonderful sermon Sunday morning, exactly what I needed to hear, now if only I could apply it every day. Take His yoke, Learn of Him, rest in Him. Tim Funk had the service. How thankful I am we have ministers willing to give of themselves for us. Ken Hoerr had the afternoon service. How thankful I am for Sunday's our day of rest. Phil and Anna came over for dinner bringing the munchkins to see the grandparents. After dinner Mark gave Braelyn a ride on the boat while Phil and Anna went to the playground for the usual Sunday afternoon volley ball games. I brought Taegan a bit later and brought along the camera. The climbing tree was pretty full this afternoon.

Above is Hannah, the camera was zoomed in as far as possible. She was really high up.  The picture below is zoomed out but still doesn't show how far up Hannah Climbed.

Faith had to show the blood running down her leg after scratching it on a tree limb.
The girls decided to go in grandma Meister's house to wash off the blood. Braelyn followed them inside. She wants to be with the big kids.
Anni Davidovics was willing to take the girls on a golf cart ride.
They drove over to see the horses and had to stop to give Lexi some grass.
They took a long ride all the way around the 85 acres while the volleyball players were having fun.

AmyBeth's baby boy got to spend some time with his Grandpa Plattner
Once the big kids were off the court the little ones came to play in the sand. Just wondering in the picture below what Braelyn is saying to Aubry and do they understand each other?
Braelyn was very busy playing on the tramp, her mom climbed up to jump with her.
Grandma Meister got to play with Taegan
Spark and Rhonda brought over a couple of baby birds that came down their chimney for Hannah to feed.
Brealyn loved playing on the playground equipment with the big girls.
After the games it was time to sit and visit. Joan had a camp fire going but we were too hot to sit and headed back to the farm house for ice cream.
It is always a good day when we can be with family.
