Good-by to Sanna

Phil dropped off Braelyn a bit after 7:00am, she was put right in the stroller and off we went to the cabin to grain Sanna and Sangria. On the way to the meeting site of the walk, the colors of the trees were just glowing in the sunshine.

Braelyn was such a happy girl today. She sat quietly watching as I swept the floor and did the dishes.

She is actually on a blanket on the floor, the car seat just seemed to frame her sweet face.
Once Anna picked her up there were a few errands that had to be run in Peoria, then it was time to work on getting our airline tickets for the choir trip to Altadena CA February 24th-27th. We wanted to use our FREE tickets from Airtran from last year and it worked. We are booked!
Jewel was covered this evening and 4 round bales moved in. Two in the middle paddock, one in Raven's paddock and one for Sangria in Ribbon's old paddock.
Sanna and Karoline left today for their new home. We are sad to see Sanna go. The new owners will be glad to send along updates on this special mare. Sangria actually took it harder than any other horse. She called and called as Sanna was being loaded.
As they didn't get here until 6:45pm and left about 7:20pm we were only able to listen in to the last half of the church service. I MUST get the tape, if the first half was as good as the second, it must be listened to.
