Today was busy. Just Diane and I walked. After the walk I went to work. Three of the 4 campers came back and were cleaned so they would be ready to go back out. Rhoda and Sarah arrived and started working on the barn. Today they steamed cleaned all of the baseboards. Even Zeke was helping.
Braelyn came to clean the apartment. I needed to leave to get some cash, then drive to the Peoria post office to pick up the Berean mail then to Sam's to pick up a dessert for tomorrow and finally to the Berean office to drop off the dessert and mail. The barn washer is kaput. I called 2 different repair shops the first were booked up this week and gone on vacation next week. The next one, when I explained it what brand and what the problem was told me to throw it away and buy a new one. This brand is awful to fix and he wouldn't even work on them. I ordered a new washer AND paid for it to be hooked up. It is coming on Friday. Later today I needed to get Tessa and her filly out of the stall and hose off the filly's leg. She is walking better but the wound doesn't look better. They spent the day inside and I only took them out this evening. The stall was cleaned for tomorrow. I did lots of laundry here, from the foaling apartment, the barn and here. I'm quitting early tonight and will look for a good book to read. In finished typing up the Journal this evening.
