Ruth is still camping, Diane is still in Gulf Shores and Joan had too much to do before the funeral today to walk. Mark walked by himself. Since I had so much time today was laundry and cleaning day. Every room on this first level was given a good cleaning including scrubbing all the floors. It is shocking how much dirt 2 people can drag in. I kept busy for hours. Since the weather was still dry Mark took the skid steer to first spread more gravel on the drives and then he cleaned out Evan's paddock. Evan wasn't sure he liked that machine in his paddock.

Cleaning Day
This afternoon we could hear distant thunder but we only got a few sprinkles here. The dark clouds were East of us.
While working noticed that Jeff Waibel started a new series on Habakkuk. I watched him speak on Habakkuk the first chapter and only verse one a few weeks ago in Leo as this was he first in this series. Click HERE to watch that. Then of course I needed to watch the second one in this series chapter 1 verses 2 through 11. Click HERE to see that. For the record I skip the singing while listening to Leo. Their sound system is just not very good for that part and last Sunday they were talking to the song leaders about having a director for their congregational singing so skipped that too. Both of these messages are good and the second especially thought provoking.
Phil and Anna were coming today after work to tape the new pickle ball court so I cooked them a supper and took that over to the barn once they finished. They were hard at work when we arrived at the barn with the food.
We had a pork roast, mashed potatoes, gravy, broccoli, egg rolls, salad and biscuits. I left at 6:15 pm to pick up Braelyn from volley ball practice. When I got back the courts were done. Taegan and Kensley were playing on the new court.
Both pickle ball courts will be needed tomorrow evening as there is a group coming just for that game.
