Horse Fair Videos

No rest for the weary today, we started early, in fact as soon as it was light enough to see to move in a round bale into the short shelter paddock. After Mark left for work laundry was started then off to the bank to deposit all the dollar bills from the sale of popcorn and cotton candy. Then it was time to head home to work on the videos from the fair.
Clyde got picked up today. Clyde is the puppy that was determined to get out and see the world or at least the rest of the house and leave his mark where ever he went. Clyde is a lucky puppy getting to go live on a farm. He is pictured below with his happy owner.
After Clyde left Emily, Rhoda and I got busy and started unpacking the trailer. We are having such a meltdown there is a river of water flowing down the drive from all the huge snow piles making everything a muddy mess. We were able to back the truck and trailer right into the barn for the unpacking. Dan showed up just as I was cleaning out his popcorn machine. He ended up leaving his for me to use and took mine to The Old School Center where he was going to work on the electrical part.
By late afternoon the videos were all uploaded on to youtube. The first video is the Saturday performance of
The Horsemeister Vaulters. The second video is the Saturday performance of the Horsemeister Friesians including a surprise ending for those who were not at the fair on Sunday and the last video is Rhoda having fun with Evan on Sunday in the livestock arena.

This evening Regina came to pick up her puppy Walker, we are now down to 6 pups. This should make tonight a little more manageable. The deposit for Lily's colt came to the shop today so that colt is marked sold. He will be registered as soon as he is named by his owner. Lily was in season and covered by Valiant. Emily handled him with the cane and only had to threaten him once with it. He was well behaved but I sure wouldn't want to try this without the cane.
