Nassau

At breakfast we happened to have someone from the group the patient was from. We found out she was a 60 year old grandmother that had an aneurysm that burst. She was given 4-5 pints of blood while on the shiip before we could rondevue with the helicopter.
Because of this we didn't arrive at Nassau until 3:00pm and the ship wanted us back on board by 6:30pm with a 7:00pm pullout. We didn't have much time but took the water taxi to the hotel Atlantis. Bad move, it was very rough and took forever to get going. At one point as we were loading, the captain stops us, and makes us wait for another boat as the first was over loaded. We were dropped off quite a long walk from the hotel, plus the last ferry out left at 5:30pm not giving us enough time to see the aquarium. We were able to at least see the predator tunnel with all of the really mean fish. Once back on board we were told we would have a free glass of champaign with our dinner. Both Diane and I were really sore from all the walking and heard how alcohol can relax, but just un case I didn't like it I had the waitress just pour a tiny bit, it was awful so both Mark and Mike chose to get a coke. That was a mistake on Mark's part, the caffeine kept him up. We didn't have a restful night and now are busy packing. We hope to leave the ship as soon as possible, pick up our rental car from the Miami airport in time to head to church in Ft Lauderdale.
