Holly Update

Karin took Holly to the outdoor arena last night, came back in and reported that Holly did awesome. She was following her around the arena within minutes. Amazing progress for this abused rescue horse! Karin said that other than being a little lazy, not wanting to go forward she feels Holly will be easy to train undersaddle. A nice email came in from Kim the owner of Java: Hey Judy, With all the stuff going on with the babies, I wanted to let you know that....we still have Java and she is also the sweetest, kindest, loving horse there is. I finally got some current pictures of the whole herd and thought I would send you a couple of pictures of the beauty called Java. She is amazingly pretty and still the best tempered horse on our property! Java is by Raven out of walker Sally. Sue, the owner of 3 year old Piper by Raven out of Sanna emailed this: Piper has been at the trainer for a little over a week now and doing good. Monday he starting riding her and said she gave about 4 really good bucks and looked back at him as if to say "are you still up there?" I watched today as he walked and trotted her around. After that was done she had tying 101 and stood quietly for about 40 minutes then put back in her stall where mom told her what a good girl she was and gave her the much wanted carrots. About another week and i will be getting on her! These Raven babies are SO easy to train, sure hope Valiant, Evan and Killian will throw the same want to please disposition. It's going to take 3 stallions to take Raven's place!
