Sanna In

The wheel barrow had been left along with the a rake at mom's on Saturday so on the nice quiet relaxing walk those were taken back to the farm rattling all the way. On Sunday when the wheel barrow wasn't available, the stalls were done by piling the manure up in the corner so this morning there was twice the work. Once done Sanna was checked and yes she is in season just like Dr. Hoerr said she would be. Her filly was put in the paddock and Raven taken out first to check Grace the Andalusian (still in and will be covered tonight) then brought over to Sanna. Paris is also in season again but we will not breed her as tempting as it is. Once home there was an email from the man that bought Big Sally's colt Piper 2 years ago with pictures. This boy is now a 2 year old stallion and the word out on the street is HE IS FANTASTIC!
Big Sally's owner will need to be sent these pictures, she now has 2 fillies that are FULL siblings to this magnificent stallion.
This colt at 2 years old is well over 16 hands and so well behaved. How wonderful Raven's offspring are and how thankful we are when the owners send along updated pictures.
Two checks need to be deposited today and the grocery store visited. There is just not much food left in the fridge.
